Review & Recommend: In approximately three hours, we will walk through your home, and then provide you with a specific set of written recommendations, covering the property, the exterior of the house, and each space inside. This will include a top-ten priority list so you can see where to put your energies first.

Repair & Remove: Most houses require minor repairs and significant uncluttering. This is the time to begin the moving process! You may choose to complete our recommendations yourself, or you can hire us to manage the third parties who are doing the work.

Return to Rearrange: We rearrange and edit the furnishings to spotlight the house’s best features and to create the “wow” factor that realtors and buyers want to see. This may take one day or as much as a week, depending on the size and condition of the house.

Showcase Condition: You’ve done it! We will leave you with instructions on how to easily put your house into “showing” condition each day it’s on the market.

Vacant Homes: If a house is vacant, we may advise bringing in furnishings to create vignettes within the house because many buyers find it difficult to visualize the use of empty space. This makes the house look more lived-in and livable.
